Veolia chose the Outernet in central London — one of the most technically demanding immersive venues in the country — to launch its new resource solutions for the AI and data centre sector, in front of an audience of press, industry and senior leadership including the global and incoming UK CEOs.
As Project Director, I oversaw delivery across the whole event: creative content, production, food and beverage, and client liaison. The centrepiece was a dynamic 360-degree presentation delivered by the leadership team, wrapped around the venue's vast floor-to-ceiling screens, supported by two interactive innovation experience zones.
The event then turned — with military precision — from an immersive presentation space into a full three-course dinner, executed seamlessly on-site in front of the guests. A complex, high-stakes brief delivered to the standard the moment demanded.
